Moving to Norway at the end of the 2000s inspired him to bend but not break with tradition by honing his own grim yet luminary vision for post-black metal. \u0091Alt Som Finnes\u0092 maintains the classic energy of old school. With its crazed riffs and blistering howls, there\u0092s no escape from the feverish intensity of \u0093Dr\u00f8m\u0094. He\u0092s joined in his struggle by guest vocalists from Predatory Void, M\u00d8L and D\u00f8dheimsgard. Behind a steady pounding of double bass, lead single \u0093Blikket Hennes\u0094 buzzes with the all-consuming darkness of a guilty conscience, only for Yusaf \u0093Vicotnik\u0094 Parvez to enlighten us with soothing cleans. Despite being riddled with regrets, closer \u0093Tomhet\u0094 breaks new ground as the first BIZARREKULT song sung in English.<\/p>\n
